***DEPOSITS*** Deposits must be paid thru Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Remaining balance can be paid CASH ONLY. Deposit secures appointment and goes towards service. ***CANCELLATION*** We understand that problems that are uncontrollable may happen and appointment may need to be cancelled but deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Cancellation must be made within 48 hours of appointment. If another appointment needs to be booked deposit WILL ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE to new appointment if within the 48 hour window. If under 48 hours another deposit will be need to be made before another appointment is booked. If not cancelled by 48 hour window 50% of service will be charged to card on file. ***NO REFUNDS*** If unsatisfied with service rendered, please notify within 24 hours and you will be assisted promptly but there will be no refunds. ***NO CALL/NO SHOW*** No call/ no shows will be charged 50% of service to card on file and will not be allowed to book again. ****PRE APPOINTMENT*** Because I am still home based, hair must be washed and free of oils and other products. Hair must be blow dried and detangled prior to appointment. Because the service takes quite a bit of time, we want to make this process as quick as possible. **No company allowed unless parent or guardian with children who are being serviced*** Because you will be serviced for a good while please come in comfortable clothing and bring all the snacks you need.
